Following a two-day visit by the Minister of Industry, Mining and Trade to Chaharmahal va Bakhtiari Province, the Zagros Special Refrigerants Company’s production plan for Mehrgadaz Industrial Group was launched in Sefid Dasht Industrial Town.
According to Shatta, the plant operates in the production of refractory ceramic objects, the production of casting nozzles, stoppers and semi-nozzles.
Zagros special refractory products are offered to industrial units such as Iran alloy steel, Hormozgan steel, Mobarak steel, Saba steel, Khuzestan steel and Isfahan steel.
The investment in this unit is in the amount of 3 billion riyals and is set at around 1.7 million euros.
The Zagros Special Refrigerator Manufacturing Company has provided direct employment for about 200 people with an annual capacity of 2,000 tons.
It is the first and only manufacturer of special refractories in the country.
